a. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date.
b. The item(s) must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
c. Any item(s) marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Process

b. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions for returning the item(s).
c. Please include the Order Number on the return package to ensure timely processing.
d. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to return the item(s) and keeping the shipping receipt for your records.
Exchange Process
a. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at info@pastelyarn.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
b. Our customer support team will assist you in initiating the exchange and provide further instructions.
c. The exchanged item(s) will be shipped once the original item(s) have been received and processed.
Refunds
a. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
b. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase. c. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.
d. It may take up to 9-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
a. For returns due to a defect, error in the order, or damaged item(s) during transit, we will cover the return shipping costs. b. For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
